Dr. Robert Suen, CEO of PAMA International, was giving talks to about 6,000 insurance agents and leaders from different insurance companies respectively at Harbin and Jinan on October 10 and 12,2008. The talks were welcome and well received.
Dr. Suen talked about "How to Sell Large Amounts Insurance Policies with Financial Planning Skills". He highlighted the current changes of the insurance market and needs for insurance companies and their agency forces to follow the changes to transform their agency forces to be financial professionals especially for the agents and leaders with good potentials and productivity. He stressed that with financial planning means, prospective clients will be able to see their real financial needs which will lead them to buy the right insurance products at the right price and right timing.
